OCR: Adding Students to a Room Pull down the "File " menu and select 'New Chart". You will be prompted to choose a previously prepared room. Then you will be prompted to open a Gradebook Plus class or choose a text file saved in Gradebook Plus. The students are added to your seats randomly. If there are more kids than seats, the extras are placed in the upper left corner of the chart from where you may drag them. To exchangestudents, drag one student over another and release the mouse. The two kids will be switched. To re-randomize the class, go to "Edit/ Randomize" and do it. To edit, add or delete a student's name, click to highlight the student and do it in the "Edit " menu.
